What are the main features of GotoMeeting and how well does it work?

Citrix has developed GotoMeeting as an easy-to-use solution for those who want to collaborate, or show their screen to make presentations. If you’re the organiser, you can invite up to 25 attendees to a meeting, all of whom can be invited to take control of your screen, or collaborate on documents.

Meeting Scheduling

Scheduling a meeting is pretty straight forward, and is done from a small icon that sits in your taskbar. Once you’ve set up the meeting details, it will generate an email that you can send to anyone in your email address book.

GotoMeeting integrates with Outlook, Lotus Notes or any other email program.

Invitation emails contain all the information your invitees need to attend.
